For'm's first animation....


Lights, Camera....

We had a FABULOUS animation workshop with Rachel Wright, she gave us an introduction to stop-motion which gave the group a chance to get to grips with film-making (and directing)...

For'm have been working on some fantastic, graphic images for flag making, printing and general publicity....





Preparing for 'The Hut'

Excellent progress has been made over the past few weeks, with the addition of some new members and ArtworksMK given the opportunity to host a Lacemaking workshop with Anne Moore in a GCSE Textiles class at Stantonbury. The group is stronger than ever!

We have been busy programming our exciting Waterside Festival Debut:

Friday 14th June: Private View with screenings and an introduction to For'm

Saturday 15th June: 12pm - 4pm an open performance area which will have craft activities, performances (from individuals AND special guests MK Dance Centre!), a Silent Sound System AND will be a cosy, exciting space to chill out in.

Into The Summer....

Grown in Europe since the Stone Age, it has a long history with East Anglia. A natural dye for hand-spun wool...tye-dye days come to mind

which proved to be very popular - some members using their new skills in Graphics coursework! images of their beautiful work soon to follow!!

We had a visit from the lovely and very enthusiastic Ursula White at Independent Cinema MK, who spoke to us about running cinema events in unusual and challenging spaces...it got us thinking of wonderful approaches to production


and looked at ways we could manage our garden space
